Tammy is a Certified Senior Move Manager and the owner of Honoring Aging. Since 2005, she’s helped hundreds of seniors and families navigate life transitions with care, expertise, and a passion for making new spaces feel like home.

Michael is a co-owner of Honoring Aging and serves as both a Move Manager and After-Loss Professional. With a background in logistics and client service, Michael brings calm leadership and practical support to every transition—whether managing a move or guiding families through the next steps after a loss.

Valerie is the Office Manager at Honoring Aging and has been with the team since 2018. She holds a degree in Education from Roosevelt University and keeps daily operations running seamlessly. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and attending sporting events with her family.

Beth has been with Honoring Aging for over five years, growing from Associate to Move Manager. With a calm and compassionate approach, they support clients through every step of the moving process. Outside of work, they enjoy reading and taking long walks with their two teenage sons.

Ramani has been with Honoring Aging for 1.5 years. She joined the team as an Move Associate and is now the team’s Operations Manager. Ramani has a manufacturing background with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Certified in Project Management. Outside work, Ramani loves to crochet, garden, and cook.

Billie has been part of Honoring Aging since 2021. With a background in early childhood education and art, she brings both creativity and compassion to her work. She helps guide clients through life’s transitions with kindness and efficiency. Outside of work, Billie enjoys watching her kids’ sports, relaxing with her dogs, and traveling with her family.

Connie has been part of the Honoring Aging team for over two years, specializing in after-loss support and community outreach. Before joining the team, she worked with Visiting Angels where she became a certified dementia specialist — experience she brings to every client interaction. Connie actively trains with Dementia Friendly Elgin Area, Memory Cafe, the Alzheimer’s Association, and three Triad Organizations, and is a member of the Illinois Continuity of Care Association.

Jim recently joined the Honoring Aging team, bringing over 35 years of experience in industrial engineering and project management. A Chicago-area native, he found his way to Honoring Aging through a friend — and through his own experience helping his mother transition into assisted living. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of what families go through, and a genuine appreciation for the work. Outside of work, Jim enjoys traveling and plays drums in a local cover band, Seven Soul.

Debi is no stranger to the Honoring Aging team — after six years with the company, she moved to Florida before returning in March 2025. She brings that experience and familiarity back with her, picking up right where she left off. Outside of work, you might find her thrifting, browsing a flea market, or exploring somewhere new on a day trip.
