OUR TEAM
Tammy is a Certified Senior Move Manager and the owner of Honoring Aging. Since 2005, she’s helped hundreds of seniors and families navigate life transitions with care, expertise, and a passion for making new spaces feel like home.
Michael is a co-owner of Honoring Aging and serves as both a Move Manager and After-Loss Professional. With a background in logistics and client service, Michael brings calm leadership and practical support to every transition—whether managing a move or guiding families through the next steps after a loss.
Amy Smith has been part of the Honoring Aging team since 2005. With a background in Physical Education and Health from Illinois State University, she brings energy, organization, and heart to every move. Outside of work, Amy loves travel, cheering on her kids at sporting events, and relaxing at her family’s lake house.
Valerie is the Office Manager at Honoring Aging and has been with the team since 2018. She holds a degree in Education from Roosevelt University and keeps daily operations running seamlessly. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and attending sporting events with her family.
Beth has been with Honoring Aging for over five years, growing from Associate to Move Manager. With a calm and compassionate approach, they support clients through every step of the moving process. Outside of work, they enjoy reading and taking long walks with their two teenage sons.
Ramani has been with Honoring Aging for 1.5 years. She joined the team as an Move Associate and is now the team’s Operations Manager. Ramani has a manufacturing background with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Certified in Project Management. Outside work, Ramani loves to crochet, garden, and cook.
Billie has been part of Honoring Aging since 2021. With a background in early childhood education and art, she brings both creativity and compassion to her work. She helps guide clients through life’s transitions with kindness and efficiency. Outside of work, Billie enjoys watching her kids’ sports, relaxing with her dogs, and traveling with her family.
